Whenever we have to travel somewhere or make a visit to some other city, one of the most important concerns is the booking of hotel room. Though nowadays majority of the bookings are done online and this has certainly made things easy for the travelers yet we cannot deny the essential fact that not everyone keeps the promises made by them.
Many times, people don’t get what they are promised and they are left with no other option if they have made an advance payment or the rush is pretty high where they have visited as a result of which all the hotels are fully packed.
Recently, a Twitter user Anurag Verma shared one of his memories on the micro-blogging site and it has left people in splits. Anurag shared a photo of a hotel room which he booked in 2011, he was promised split air conditioner and he got the rude shock of his life when he saw that AC was literally split between two rooms.

In another tweet, Anurag cleared the doubts of many online users by telling that there was no remote of AC and the temperature was set at 24 degrees by the hotel management in order to avoid fights.
