Subsequent to only one month when the celebration of 1,000 uninterrupted weeks of the eternally distinguished movie ‘Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge’ starring Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan had been transpired, Maratha Mandir at last made a decision of taking down the film that has shaken the world of Bollywood as well as the era of 1990s with its evergreen romance and gorgeous locations.
The movie’s actual show timing rescheduled and was shifted from 11:30 am to 9:15 am on Thursday, as “it was becoming difficult for the cinema to accommodate multiple new releases every week with just 3 regular shows”, said YRF, producers of the movie.
To quote the additional statement, “However, while the theatre management was happy to continue the film for as long as it continued to draw in the audiences, owing to logistical issues of their staff having to work inordinately long hours to accommodate an additional early morning show, it was mutually decided to end the films historic & record breaking run.”
