A couple from Bollywood who made headlines mostly for the wrong reasons in past one year is undoubtedly Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut. Their much talked-about fight turned uglier every other day and created a storm on Twitter, Facebook, news channels and newspapers; nevertheless, at last, the legal fiasco hits a dead end!
It can be said without any fear of contradiction that the fight is a draw now taking into account the fact that neither of the two won or lost. Subsequent to the forensic probe of Mumbai cops into romantic private emails that Hrithik sent Kangana, as alleged by the latter and that the former claimed as an impostor’s deed, no conclusion could be derived.
On one hand, the actress accused the “Krrish” star of online stalking and sending her nearly 50 mails; however, on the other hand, the team Hrithik had totally declined each and every accusation by the actress and alleged that she was suffering from Asperger’s syndrome.
BKC Cyber police will be closing the case taking into account the fact that the entire brawl is largely based on emails sent from [email protected]. As per a report published in Mumbai Mirror, joint commissioner of police, Crime Branch, Sanjay Saxena, said,
“We have been unable to find anything on the mail ID as the server is located in the US. Now it is very difficult to ascertain who was using the account. Still, we will try to conclude [the case] from the available evidence.”
Forensic experts of Mumbai police could not reach any conclusion with regard to the email ID and as a consequence, a “NIL report” is submitted by them, giving the indication of an anti-climactic ending.
According to a senior official,
“It’s a dead end. Only data from the server based in the US could have helped us in identifying the user of the email account.”
Rizwan Siddiquee, the advocate of Kangana, stated that “NIL report” confirmed absence of any impostor as the actor had claimed. He added,
“We are not surprised to learn that the police have, after a thorough investigation, filed a NIL report, which means that they could not trace any imposter as was claimed by Hrithik Roshan… Kangana has always been maintaining that there was no imposter ever.”
