The radical Sunni Islamist group, Islamic State of Iraq, better known as ISIS, mainly functions in Iraq and some parts of Syria. The group has attracted worldwide criticism for its cruel beheading Videos as the videos are so horrific and cold-blooded that anyone can get petrified watching them. The ISIS posted these videos on social networking sites after shooting them to spread terror in the world.
Six employees sacked by HSBC, who staged a bogus beheading video similar to ISIS Videos
HSBC, a banking and financial firm which has its headquarters in London, has sacked six of its employees as they were staging a bogus ISIS video. A London Daily, The Sun printed this news in which it showed five workers in black dress, making fun of South Asian person who was sitting on his knees in a jumpsuit of orange color. An HSBC spokesperson said, “We took the decision to sack the individuals involved… This is an abhorrent video and HSBC would like to apologise for any offence caused.”
An apology has been made by the Bank if anyone has got offended.
In the video, an employee is seen holding a coat hanger as if it is a knife, one employee is holding the person on knees and one of them shouts “Allahu Akbar”, a slogan spoken by the ISIS members while beheading a victim. The meaning of “Allahu Akbar”, is God is Great. Just as The Sun brought this objectionable video in the notice of HSBC, they sacked their six employees who were in the video.
This step taken by HSBC is considered as praiseworthy as many journalists have been killed by ISIS, including James Foley from USA and David Cawthorne, UK aid employee, however the most horrific one was burning a Jordanian pilot alive named Muath al-Kaseasbeh. Therefore, making these bogus videos in the name of enjoyment is not at all tolerable.
