As 2 months are left in the beginning of this big event, many cricket experts and former cricketers have started making their predictions regarding the favourites to win the tournament and also about the strong contenders who will go till the end of the tournament.

Recently, the former Aussie cricketer Glenn McGrath gives an interview in which he is asked about the teams which are strong contenders for the tournament, he says that he feels that India is certainly among the favourites as they will be playing in their home conditions and it’s no surprise that he is keeping Australia in the best four. He adds that England is playing some good cricket at this moment and the same thing is with Pakistan as well so these four teams are in his best four.

The former English cricketer Eoin Morgan under whose captaincy England won their first World Cup has also predicted on the same lines as he says that he is pretty sure England and India will be there by the business end of the tournament and the other two teams which he feels have the capability to lift the trophy are Australia and Pakistan as they are strong teams and strong contenders as well, especially when it comes to big tournaments.

Meanwhile, some reports suggest that there may be a little change in the schedule of the World Cup as some members have asked for little changes in their matches. Jay Shah, the BCCI secretary has made it clear that dates of the matches may change but there will be no change in the venues of the matches.
