Another attempt of wrecking the wounds of the fateful 26/11 was shelved by the alertness and conscious effort of the Indian Coast Guard. A fishing boat loaded with explosives along with four men from Pakistan started their journey from Keti Bunder near Karachi set themselves on fire since they couldn’t fulfill their scrupulous plan to disturb the peace and harmony in India.
Had it not been for Indian Coast guard, the 26/11 incident, well could have been repeated on the very onset of the New Year. A fishing boat loaded with high risk explosives was continuously being chased from Porbander, by the guards of the Indian coast, and warning fires were also shot as a result of which the Pakistani men, blew themselves up.
Sources said “The Coast Guard warned the boat to stop but it increased speed and tried to run away. After being stopped, the four persons on board the boat blew themselves up. The boat sank at the spot. Search operations are still in progress”
Raj Kadyan, Defence Expert said “Motivation to blow up oneself up is only among terrorists, there were explosives, obviously it was a terrorist boat”.
