2.Shimla
Another beautiful place to visit in winter. Summer Hill, The Ridge, Kalka – Shimla railway and many more places should be on the must-visit list if you’re planning to go to Shimla. You can do Skating and Skiing here in Shimla.

3.Manali
Some 250-300 kms from Shimla but this is also a nice place if your tour is all about Himachal Pradesh. Rohtang Pass, Bhrigu Lake, Solang Valley are some of the places you can visit in Manali. You should see the sunrise at Rohtang Pass.

4.Darjeeling
It is a small hill-station in West Bengal with an average elevation of 6,710 ft. Previously there were many political disputes in here and strikes were just a daily thing but all that is stopped now and it is a must visit place if you’re little on budget. Sunrise over Tiger Hill is unmatchable. Sandakphu(3636 metres) is someplace everyone goes if they come to Darjeeling. But mark my words, if you ever ride the Toy Train, you’ll come back here again and again only because of that. By the way, Ghum(2,258 metres) is the highest railway station in India. And the world famous Darjeeling tea.

5.Auli
You have never heard of this place, right? Well, let me tell you something, if you love adventures, be sure to check the longest cable car(Gondola) of Asia. The cable car is as long as 4kms.

6.Mussoorie
It is one of the most popular tourist spots in India. Doon Valley, Mussoorie Lake, Kempty Falls, Lake Mist, Gun Hill is the places to visit here. Gun Hill is surely the most famous attraction of Mussoorie. You can have view of some of the highest Himalayan ranges from Gun Hill. It also boasts the only rope way in Mussoorie.

7.Pelling
This place is insanely famous for trekkers of Kanchenjunga. I’ve been to Pelling and I can surely tell you that if you go there, you will not believe the beauty of Kanchenjunga in the morning sunlight. Kanchenjunga Falls, Singshore Bridge, Khecheopalri Lake, Rimbi Falls are the places to visit here.
