The TRP race doesn’t seem to end! Each show is introducing some or the other curiosity element so that it stays ahead in the competition. Some shows murder a character, while some shows invite big celebrity guests to win this rat race.
TRP charts for week 30 are out and let us see which show has topped! No it is neither ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ neither ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’; any guesses which show has topped? Well, as per BARC Data, the show which has secured the first position is none other than ‘Kumkum Bhagya’, a popular soap on Zee TV.
It has constantly maintained its’ number 1 position since 3 weeks now. People seem to be very curious about Abhi’s murder and extreme drama of Tanu and Pragya in the show, and hence such high TRPs.
On the 2nd number is popular show on Star Plus ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’. For few weeks, this show used to be on the 1st position but now it has been beaten by ‘Kumkum Bhagya’.
The 3rd position in the TRP charts is occupied by ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, thanks to Karthik and Naira’s love story. But wait; where is ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’? Yes, in spite of being highly popular and in spite of inviting big celebrity guests each week, the TRPs of the show have drastically fallen.
‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ is on the 4th position, which is very disappointing. On the 5th position is ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma’ which is the all-time favorite of everyone. Let us see the TRPs of other shows..
