Former South African speedster Dale Steyn, clearly impressed by the batting fireworks, took to social media to make a bold prediction. Posting on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Dale Steyn expressed his belief that fans could witness history being made as soon as April 17.
“Small prediction. April 17 we’ll see the first 300 in IPL. Who knows, I might even be there to see it happen,” wrote Dale Steyn.

According to the IPL schedule, SRH will face Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Wankhede Stadium on the predicted date. The last encounter between these two sides at this venue saw MI emerge victorious, with Suryakumar Yadav stealing the show with a breathtaking century.
