You’ll be amazed to see how the guy works out on the street of Paris. Jacques Sayagh is a 50-years old man who maintains his great physique by working out on the streets of Paris. He has learnt karate, weight lifting, Judo and weight training.
People join gym, make friends there, live in posh areas in their well-furnished apartments, have all the facilities available and have friends to motivate them to work out but even then, they aren’t regular. So, what is Jacques Sayagh’s motivation that has helped him stay strong and determined to exercise and work this hard for all these years?
It’s his grandchildren. He says,” “I don’t want them to think their grandfather is an asshole. I want them to be proud of me, that’s all I want.” And they are his only motivation, his loved ones. He beleives that it’s better to do what you want rather than being amorphous
