Japan To Modernize Railway Stations Of India & This Might Be The Look

Japan agrees to make an investment of $140 billion over coming 5 yrs for modernizing Indian railways. Under the plan, 400 stations have been acknowledged throughout the country by Railways that are planned for improvement and upgrading through the investment to be made by Japan. Additionally, Japanese are ready for providing expert assistance to solve sanitation issues like developing toilets which are odorless plus waterless in both trains as well as stations.

A delegation from Japan would visit the country for analyzing the chances for industries in this plan. Whereas, Suresh Prabhu, railway minister, has been visiting Japan for boosting cooperation in the sector together with holding meetings with Shinzo Abe, PM of Japan, in addition to finance minister & deputy PM with other sr. authorities.

What is more, Japan will be helping public transporter to achieve zero-accident mission too. An MoU will be signed by RDSO (Research Designs & Standards Organization) with Japan’s Railway Technical Research Institute for performing research task to acquire latest technology with regard to public transporter.
