Science behind Jio Juice technology

If we believe the video upload by Reliance Jio, this technology charges mobile phones using wireless technology by just inserting specially made sim cards. The sim cards get energy in form of electromagnetic waves from the Jio towers placed at different places and this energy is further transferred to mobile phones without any use of wires. This is the best technology we have seen in years and getting the same from our own Jio makes it more special.

Amazing isn’t it?

Sorry for making you believe that such technology actually exists and if you really think this is true, it feels bad to tell you that you haven’t studied concepts told by your physics teachers in school days. Although wireless technology is around us since 19th century but currently expecting such kind of technology is foolishness because our Mobiles cannot support such kind of wireless charging as of today. This type of technology (obviously not exactly the one that is shown in the video) might be possible in future but it will take years. Moreover, we need such mobiles which can actually transmit the energy from sim to mobile. Plus, the electromagnectic waves will create a big amount of electric field that can cause multiple harmful effects to our health and nature. Even creating electromagnetic field using Sim card is something that could be next to impossible because than distance between mobile tower and Sim card will be having electric field and such kind of electric field is not practical. But you never know what future has and you never know what can be possible in future.

However Reliance Jio might launch something called Jio Juice and it could be Power Bank or battery saving app.

So, in short we have to say that you have been fooled by Reliance Jio, and don’t feel sad as the April Fools’ season has arrived and Jio has again proved why they are good in business as they know how to approach days like this.

If you want to make yourself feel better, then please listen this song.

Happy April Fools’ Day!
