The worst part comes when they have to wait for a single reply after applying in hundreds of companies. But online application seems old trick now and this man from the US took a step forward. He started distributing his CV to random strangers on the road.

The resident of Arizona was recently fired from his old job. He was fed up of sitting idly at home and waiting for a miracle to happen. So he decided to take matters in his own hands and started distributing his CV on the road. He held a placard which read, “Please take a resume. Laid off. Looking for a job.” Instead of handing out his CV to everyone, he asked people to take it voluntarily as he is looking for a job.

He said that he had been searching for a job online, filling out applications and sending companies his resume. After not getting responses he decided he needed to do something unusual. At first, when the idea of holding a placard and handing out his CV on the street popped up in his head, he laughed it off. But thought remained with him and later he decided to work on the plan.

Surprisingly after he pulled this stunt, he got hundreds of job offer and finally, he narrowed it down to one.
