Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is quite busy nowadays in promoting her upcoming movie “Chhapaak” and for this purpose, she is seen attending various events and is also appearing on TV shows.
The flick which is going to release on 10th January, 2020, also stars Vikrant Massey in an important role and it is based on the real life of an acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal.
During an event, a journalist asked a question which made Deepika a little angry as it was not related to her film but her personal life. The reporter asked about the rumours of her being pregnant and the Mastani of Bollywood replied with a bit of sarcasm.
Deepika asks the journo whether she looks pregnant to him, satirically adding that she will be taking his permission before starting her family and if she is pregnant, he will get to see that in nine months.
The actress was also asked about visiting the reality show Bigg Boss 13 for promoting her movie and in reply, she said that there are no discussions going on as of now in this regard. When Deepika was asked whether she will like to do any movie with Salman Khan, she said that she would love to work with the “Sultan” actor but they should get a good script to work on. She also stated that she loves Salman’s “Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam” but they both haven’t got a good script to work on.
Deepika is also debuting as a producer with “Chhapaak” and after it, she will be seen in Kabir Khan’s “83”, a movie based on the 1983 Cricket World Cup victory of India. Deepika’s husband and actor Ranveer Singh is playing the character of former Indian cricketer Kapil Dev while DeePee is playing Kapil’s wife Romi Dev in the film.
Deepika also talked about the untitled movie that is being directed by Shakun Batra and also stars Ananya Panday and “Gully Boy” fame Siddhant Chatruvedi. The shooting of the flick will start in March and is slated to release in February 2021.
