The Kapil Sharma Show topped the TRP charts. It was probably the only comedy show in the top 10 list of the shows on the TRP list.
However, the luck is really hard right now for both Kapil Sharma and Sony Channel. The channel’s flagship comedy show has recorded dip in its rating. This dip is not a slight one. In fact, it is a huge drop.
In week 11, The Kapil Sharma Show was on spot 4. In week 12, the show fell flat on position 10th. From top 5 to the bottom of the list, this is surely not something Kapil Sharma or Sony channel wants.
The number one position belongs to Naagin 2, on number 2 we have Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Number 3 acquired by Kumkum Bhagya, number 4 has Karmphal Data Shani, the show is improving its rating.
The colors show Ek Shringaar Swabhimaan has acquired the 5th spot. The comeback in the list is reality show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs’ on the 9th spot. The number 10th we all know is acquired by TKSS (The Kapil Sharma Show).
The drop in the ratings is from Mar 18th episode, which featured Anushka Sharma and on Mar 19th it had the 9 women squad of Begum Jaan. Well, the TRP rating drop is mainly because of the fight controversy. The fight happened and was all over the news headline on Mar 17th. This surely did impact the show ratings.
