Needless to say, Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna made one of the loveliest and perfect couples of the Television world! They were together on the reality show Bigg Boss while on another reality show, i.e., Nach Baliye, Upen proposed to Karishma.
The two appeared to be soulmates and undeniably, complemented each other. And at this point, people are just not able to understand what went wrong between the couple that they parted ways….
Finally Karishma Tanna disclosed the reason behind their split in a statement to Pinkvilla! This is what the actress said,
“Sometimes there is no answer to what went wrong. Sometimes two wonderful people or good souls are not meant to be together. That’s what happened to us. Upen is a wonderful soul. We connected very strongly, but things didn’t move the way we wanted it to. It’s not that I don’t want to settle down or I am jumping from one relationship to another. We both wanted to settle down, but if we don’t see our future together then it’s better to part ways.”
On being asked whether they still talk, Karishma said yes.
She’s participating in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 9 and who knows the couples gets back together once again!!
Life is full of twists and we never know what is going to happen next!
