From the very day since Salman has been appointed as Indian contingent’s Rio Olympic Goodwill Ambassador, he is surrounded with controversies which don’t seem to end soon. There is absolutely no denying the fact that many people from Yogeshwar Dutt to Milkha Singh are displeased on account of the same and have expressed their anger or discontentment over the selection of Salman for such an honorable post. As per them, making Sallu the Olympic Goodwill Ambassador is one of the most illogical things ever happened.
Nevertheless, there were few who stood up in the support of Salman like his ex-girlfriend Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and his father Salim Khan who tweeted to defend Salman. “Salman khan may not have competed but is an A level swimmer cyclist and weight lifter. Sportsmen are performing because of sports lovers like us,” writes Salim Khan.
But today we are going to tell you an interesting thing which although does not hold much importance from the perspective of Salman’s being the ambassador and controversy related to it, yet will bring a smile on your face and you too would start taking the matter lightly!
When Katrina Kaif, Salman’s ex-girlfriend and presently just ‘friend’, was asked to comment over the issue recently at an event, a very smart and witty reply came from the gorgeous actress:
