Mathematics has always been a mystery for majority of people. But few things related to Mathematics are really enjoyable. Just like the numbers known as Happy and Sad.
You might be astonished to know that there are several numbers in Mathematics are stated as Happy and Sad and even you can find one. Here is the method to do so:
Step 1 > Pick a positive integer
Step 2 > Square the digits of the number and then sum the results of the square
Step 3 > If the result you get is any number other than 1 then repeat Step 1 and 2. Do this unless you get 1 or you get into a loop.
If you get 1 then it means number is Happy Number 🙂 . If you stuck in a loop then it means number is Sad Number 🙁
Just to let you know here is an example for Happy Number:
13 is an happy number since 12 + 32 = 1 + 9 = 10 and 12 + 02 = 1 + 0 = 1.
Even 19 is also an happy number, as the associated sequence is:
12 + 92 = 82
82 + 22 = 68
62 + 82 = 100
12 + 02 + 02 = 1.
