The Gurmehar Kaur controversy has been going on for quite some time now and various celebs have also jumped into the bandwagon to express their opinions and troll others. Just recently, the famous lyricist from Bollywood, Javed Akhtar, referred to some sportspersons as “hardly literate”; he was taking a jibe at Phogat sisters, wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt and cricketer Virender Sehwag.
As expected, the sportspersons responded to him and we must say that they responded very well to a person who plays with words; however, the best reply that Javed Akhtar got was from Mahavir Singh Phogat.
And now, the self-proclaimed No. 1 movie critic of Bollywood, Kamaal Rashid Khan, has joined the row and targeted Phogat sisters with these tweets:

Phogat sisters didn’t mind getting into scuffle with this self-obsessed person and they gave him the mouthful with these tweets:
Geeta Phogat wrote, “Whom you are calling Rs. 2 people, they have won medals for the country and made the country proud. Have you ever done anything other than bringing disrespect to the country?”
Here came an apt reply from Babita, “It is better to be illiterate and patriot and play for the country and make it proud rather than being well-educated and a traitor.”
She went on to say, “No one gives any incentives without reason. Phogat sisters have proved themselves & earned respect.”
Now that’s called a “Dhakad” reply! We hope that KRK will never think of messing up with Phogat sisters again!
