Lalit Modi Takes A Dig At BCCI, Slams Media & People For Spreading Fake News About Him

The former IPL chairman Lalit Modi has become the talk of the town after he shared the news of dating beautiful actress-model and former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen on his Twitter account but he has also been trolled for tagging the wrong Twitter account of his ladylove.  Lalit Modi tweeted that he is back in London with Sushmita Sen after touring Maldives and Sardinia and he confused everyone when he called the actress his better half because it gave an impression as if they are married. However, soon he cleared the confusion by telling that they are just dating and not married but marriage may also take place shortly.

In his recent post, Lalit Modi has slammed all those who are trolling him for tagging the wrong account as he insists that he hasn’t tagged wrong. He states that he feels we are still living in Middle Ages because people are having problems with two persons being friends. He further says that if chemistry is good between them, magic can happen.

Lalit Modi further slammed the journalists for spreading false news about him. He went on to say that his former wife Minal was his friend for 12 years when they got married and she was not his mother’s friend. He adds that such things are getting spread by some people because of their vested interests.

Lalit Modi also talks about the IPL and states that he has created something which has kept the country united. He claims that he has done it all alone and then takes a jibe at BCCI by saying that no one in BCCI was sure as to what to do. Lalit Modi also claimed that when he joined BCCI, it had only Rs. 40 crore in the bank account but when he was banned, the BCCI’s bank account had Rs. 47,680 crore. He called the other BCCI officials clowns and asked whether even one of them helped him. He also challenges those who are calling him fugitive to prove which court has convicted him as fugitive.

However in his post, he tagged the wrong account of BCCI as he tagged @Official_BCCI_ while BCCI’s Twitter handle is @BCCI.
