In India, people are equally mad for alcohol and all things prohibited. So when recently a truck loaded with alcohol met with an accident in Gujarat and the news spread, hell broke loose with people flocking from everywhere to collect free alcohol. The accident happened on Monday after a small truck carrying liquor bottles skidded off the road and turned turtle. Allegedly the truck was carrying illegal supply of liquor, and its unfortunate accident gave all the villagers nearby to loot and shower themselves with the drink.
The incident took place in Samarvada village in Gujarat’s Banaskantha district. Much before the police could arrive and take control of the situation, the truck was empty and people had fled with bunch of bottles. All that was left was few broken bottles and an abandoned truck. The driver also flee from the place..
