The chairman of Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra is not only a skilled and successful business tycoon but also a philanthropist who is quite active on social media, especially on the micro-blogging site Twitter, where he keeps on sharing his thoughts on a regular basis.

This kind-hearted man was once so impressed by the marketing skills of a cobbler that he offered him help in any manner he could.

Yes, you guessed it right! We are talking about the cobbler named Dr. Narsi Ram from Haryana who went viral on social media for his unique board which read, “Zakhmi Jooton Ka Hospital” and all the description regarding his job was very catchy.

Anand Mahindra shared his pic on Twitter with caption, “This man should be teaching marketing at the Indian Institute of Management…”

He urged people to find the cobbler and he would love to help him if he is still working.

Some time later, Anand Mahindra came up with an update and informed Twitterati that his team has finally found the talented cobbler. He’s so simple and humble that instead of money, he has asked for a better workplace.

And now the businessman has fulfilled his promise as an amazing kiosk or workplace has been set up for the cobbler and will reach him soon.

Anand Mahindra shared the complete look of the kiosk on Twitter with caption, “Remember the cobbler Narsi Ram with the innovative banner ‘Zakhmi Jooton Ka Hospital?’ Our team had contacted him & conveyed my interest to invest in him.He said he wanted a good kiosk. This is what our Design studio in Mumbai came up with:Great work guys! Will be delivered soon”

In another tweet, he wrote, “I’m looking forward to Narsi Ram Ji enjoying a new workspace…”

A Twitterati thanked Mr. Mahindra for sharing the idea and said that he would show the video to a cobbler in his city Kota so that he could get one like this kiosk made for himself. The tweet read, “We have one in Kota as well and he is indeed a Doctor in repairing shoes, would show him this video and help him in getting a kiosk like this one. Thanks for sharing the idea, Sir.”

Anand Mahindra praised his thought and helpful nature when he tweeted, “What a nice thought. If someone in every town could help their local cobblers upgrade their stalls..they would be better off & the visual environment would improve…Happy to share the blueprint of our design…”
