The aggressive cricketer Harbhajan Singh has felt the heat of rising tensions related to Amrapali’s ‘Sapphire’ Project in Noida. After the Indian men cricket team won the 2011 World Cup, Amrapali promised that they would present a flat to each member of the team. First phase of “Sapphire” was launched in 2009 at Sec 45, Noida, and it is said that now it has completed. Out of 1,000 flats, 800 have been occupied but many have complained about the civil and electrical work.
A person took to Twitter to make his frustration visible to Bhajji as he was also a part of the World Cup winning team. As per the man, the cricketers received their villas in proper condition but the common public is still suffering. He wrote, “#amrapalifraud @msdhoni n @harbhajan_singh sir aap logon ka villa to mil gya free mein. Humhare to paise bhi doob rahe hai”.

Harbhajan was quick to respond and made it clear that cricketers didn’t receive any flat. He added that their name was used to cheat the common public and take money from them. Another user asked Bhajji not to lie as the President of Amrapali Group is a very good friend of former Indian captain M S Dhoni. The tweet read, “Amrapali group President is a veyBood friend of @msdhoni so Bhajji ji pls don’t lie.”

Harbhajan got angry with this type of allegation and said that the President of Amrapali group might be a friend of Dhoni but he is not his friend. Bhajji even went on to the extent of saying that the Twitter user should use his brain if he has any before saying such things. He wrote, “He could be his friend but not mine.. so you better ask him not me.. use ur brain if u have thoda sa bi”

We feel that authorities should take notice of the problems that are being faced by the residents and the company should also be asked to fulfill their promise otherwise it is equivalent to a fraud. What do you say?
