In an extremely shocking cum horrible incident, a 23-year old man was beaten to death on Sunday in broad daylight. The frightening incident took place in Thiruvananthapuram’s Attingal when the victim Shabeer was going on his two-wheeler with a friend named Unnikrishnan. They were suddenly stopped by four men who dragged Shabeer along the road and began to thrash him mercilessly using a rod.
As identified, the victim Manakkadu Veettil Shabeer lived in Vakkam close to Attingal. This entire act has been captured on mobile and uploaded on Facebook on Monday where it’s been viewed for more than 5 lacs times.
The report suggests that the victim was a witness in a crime which 4 people committed last year and they took revenge by cruelly thrashing Shabeer to death. Both the victim and his friend were hospitalized later where Shabeer was declared dead on Monday afternoon.
