Buying a car is a dream of many but for Kolkata’s Suraj Chokhani, his car has brought nightmares. He purchased a Skoda car but the after sales service of Skoda in Kolkata is so bad that he is ready to sell his car as a scrap on the basis of price per kilo.
Customer dissatisfaction is not a new thing and it happens with almost every brand but what has happened with Suraj is just exceptional. He needs to wait for 10 days for getting an appointment with service center which is just shocking to know in the today’s world when every company wants to provide service to their customers as soon as possible.
The next incident that he has shared on his Facebook wall is quite disgusting on the part of Skoda. He lost both the keys of his car and when he asked service center to help him out, they asked him not only to pay Rs. 5000 for a duplicate key but also to bring his car to the garage despite the fact that his both keys were lost. When Suraj asked them to help in towing the car, they simply said that it’s not their problem and he must manage on his own.
