On a regular basis, we stumble upon appalling incidents which leave us in a shocking state and ascertain that the world is definitely moving towards doomsday. There had been hardly a week when a Delhi e-rickshaw driver had been thrashed to death when he raised an objection and asked two men not to urinate in public place. Brutality with women and kids was probably not enough to disgrace the humanity and what lately happened with a 21-yr man further augmented the agony.
A youth of 21 named Rahul belonging to Nangloi’s Mundka had been killed as his mother Shyamalata purportedly opposed a man who was consuming drugs inside a public toilet. Rahul and Shyamalata were the caretakers of two public toilets and the horrific incident reportedly took place on Tuesday evening in Delhi.
Here’s what a cop reported,
“On Tuesday evening, a person came to use the toilet. Rahul’s mother found that he was using drugs in the toilet and opposed it.”
Subsequent to this, the youth asked the man not to use the toilet. The cop added,
“The guy left the toilet, but he along with two others came back at around 4.30 pm and stabbed Rahul.”
As per Shyamalata, the trio attacked her and in the process of saving his mother’s life, Rahul was stabbed. He was rushed to a hospital which was in close proximity but it was too late, as the doctors announced him brought dead.

Over 50 persons gathered at Nangloi Police Station at around 9:30pm and asked cops to detain the wrongdoers. Here’s what Amit, cousin of the deceased, said,
“My little brother has been killed and no one here (police station) is listening to us.”
Two men identified as Shahid and Salman aka Babu are detained in this connection so far. What’s more, a knife which is said to be the murder weapon is also recovered from the accused.
