Manu Bhaker, the young Indian shooting star scripted history in the Paris Olympics 2024 as she won a bronze medal in the women’s 10-metre air pistol event and also won a bronze medal in the 10-metre air pistol mixed team events.
With this, she became the first athlete of the country to win two medals in the same edition of the multi-sport tournament.
Recently, Manu Bhaker gave an interview in which she was asked about the online trolling as she carries her Olympic medals to the events where she is invited. To this, she responded by asking why she shouldn’t carry her medals, she will certainly carry her medals.
Manu Bhaker clarified that the organizers request her to bring medals as many people want to see them and when she goes with the medals, a good number of photos get clicked at these events.
Manu Bhaker is quite pleased with the fact that her success is getting celebrated by people. She said that now when people invite her and she feels that she should go. She further added that earlier she was not allowed to attend any event because she was busy with training and competitions but now she is attending as she is getting the chance to attend such events. She is very happy because of the love people are showering on her wherever she goes.
