Meet The Man Who Made Anant’s Dream Come True By Making Him Lose 108Kgs!

Anant Ambani has made impossible things ‘Possible’! Yes, losing 108 kgs just in 18 months is not a JOKE. However, there were many controversies surrounding his weight loss. People thought he underwent some surgery for losing weight as it is practically impossible to shed so many pounds; but no, it was his determination and hard work that gave him such results. It was Vinod Channa, his trainer who showed him the right path and made his dream come true!

Vinod said that he is very proud to see the efforts put in by him in his weight loss journey.

He also gave a clarification saying Anant is asthmatic and diabetic and in such conditions it is not at all possible to do a surgery. The only 2 things that led to weight loss were diet and workout.

Earlier he weighed 208 kgs and now he is 100 kgs, and achieving this has surely required lot of dedication. Speaking about this transformation, Vinod says that it was a team work i.e. efforts of himself, Dr. Andre Chimone and Anant.

What was his workout and diet schedule?

His workout schedule consisted of functional training, strength training, cardio and Yoga. Moreover, this was accompanied with strict diet.

In the 1st phase, Anant’s diet consisted of fibres, low carbs and proteins. He was required to walk around 2 hours daily and talking about training, it included chest press and leg press. In his initial training days, the intensity of workouts was very less, owing to balancing issues and medical problems.

You won’t believe, but Anant wasn’t allowed to consume more than 1200 calories per day; this is really tough, isn’t it?

Just like other human beings, even Anant used to get quite de-motivated when he would gain 200 grams or so due to hormonal changes or odd lifestyle.
