If you have seen the trailer of Captain America: Civil War, the surprise element of the movie is no doubt the superhero Spider-Man, however this Spider-Man looks more athletic and leaner. What’s more, the best news about this spidey is that he does his stunts himself and doesn’t need body doubles.
The role of Spider-Man is not being played by Tobey Maguire/Andrew Garfield as the movie makers needed a young Spider-Man and this time, they have selected an English actor Tom Holland for playing this role.
Tom is just 19 years old and he is not only an actor but also a trained dancer and acrobat who prefers doing his stunts on his own. Tom got famous after he played the title role in Billy Elliot, the Musical at the Victoria Palace Theater, London and he was also a part of movie, The Impossible (2012).
Tom was casted for the role of Spider-Man in 2015 by the Marvel Cinematic Universe and if you just have a look at Tom’s Instagram photos and videos, you will also feel that he is perfect for the role.
