There have been a lot of researches on “How to have better sex life?”, and this has always been a hot topic for discussion. So what if we tell all the men that if they want to improve their sexual life then they should now start helping their wives in the household chores.
Don’t be surprised, our advice is based on the findings of a research done by Dr. Matt Johnson, who is from the University of Alberta. The study was conducted on 1300 German couples and it states that those men who help their wives in household work have better and more satisfying sex.
However, the couples may be engaged in different professions but this study is mostly concerned about their participation in household chores. If the couples have full-time jobs then it is necessary that the household work should be distributed in equal manner so that the couple can enjoy better sexual life.
Two factors which also play an important part are the cultural differences and the power equation between male and female.
This is what Dr Johnson has to say, “Rather than avoiding chores in the hopes of having more sex, as prior research would imply, men are likely to experience more frequent and satisfying passion for both partners between the sheets when they simply do their fair share.”
This is because; if one partner relaxes the other may also lose the momentum which will eventually result in piling up of work which will further infuse ill-feelings between the partners which is not good for better sexual life. So, if both the partners are sharing the work, this type of situations won’t take place and they will have better sexual life.
So all Men, just don’t sit on the couch and watch TV, go and help your wife 😉
