In an extremely weird, bizarre and unbelievable incident, a minor girl compelled a 10-yr boy to have s*x with her in Uttar Pradesh, as reported from a village of Kanpur. According to reports, a girl of 16 charmed a boy in neighborhood in Bidhnu’s Kulhauli and made an attempt of having intercourse with him which left his private parts severely injured and bled.
He is being treated at Kanpur’s Hallet hospital and not much is known about his condition so far. Cops are utterly baffled with the incident and confused as to under which IPC sections they should register a case against the girl in view of the fact that both accused as well as victim are minors, as per Shalabh Mathur, SSP Kanpur.
However, legal experts are of the opinion that police can file a case under POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act’s section 8.
