Modiji Is God For Common Man! Once Again A Smart Move To Stop Heavy Traffic; Hats Off!

Modi has taken the nation by storm! His secret decision to curb corruption, black money and fake currency was finally revealed yesterday; Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes were banned from today. Modi said that those will be considered just as a worthless piece of “Paper” and nothing else.

Only currency of denomination Rs 5, Rs 10, Rs 20, Rs 50 and Rs 100 would be considered as legal counterfeit! Moreover, new notes of Rs 500 and Rs 2000 would be circulated from the 10th of November i.e. tomorrow. However, today banks and ATMs weren’t functioning and this had made people restless.

Many of them just had Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes at homes and they had no clue what to do. However, Modiji had announced that these old notes would be accepted at airports, railway ticket counters, bus booking counters, petrol pumps, hospitals and toll plazas till the 11th of November. Modiji can’t take risk with emergency situations, and hence this decision.

However, this was just for emergencies, but people started taking advantage of it. Many people lined up their cars at petrol pumps and toll nakas to get change. For instance, in Mumbai, the 1-side toll fare is Rs 35, so if people give a Rs 500 or Rs 1000 note, they will get back sufficient change; so who wouldn’t want it. But in a bid to get change, there were heavy traffic jams and this actually started going out of control.
