After the release of “Azhar”, a biopic made on the life of former Indian caption Mohd. Azharuddin, the cricketer has made headlines once again. The movie which features cricketer’s professional life along with the personal one shows how his career finished miserably on account of his being involved in a scandal of match fixing.
Emraan Hashmi starrer movie is receiving good views and appreciation from audience but recently a controversy has been stirred by Vinod Kambli who stated that it was because of Mohd. Azharuddin that Sachin Tendulkar made up his mind of quitting captaincy.
Lately a striking question was put up by an ABP Majha report, “Was Azhar the reason behind Tendulkar’s decision to quit captaincy?”
