Troubles seem to be not ending for cricketer Mohammad Shami anytime soon. Shami has been in problems for a long time due to his dispute with wife Hasin Jahan who put some serious allegations on him.
The couple decided to separate and Hasin Jahan had asked for a monthly allowance of Rs 10 lakhs from Shami. Rs 7 lakhs were suggested for family maintenance and 3 lakhs per month were suggested for the care of their child. A few days ago, Hasin Jahan had announced her entry into the Bollywood world with an upcoming film.
Coming back to Shami, the cricketer has landed himself into yet another problem as his cheque to Hasin Jahan has been bounced.
As per India Today, Shami had given a cheque of Rs 1 lakh to Hasin Jahan in March which bounced following which she filed a complaint. As an answer, Shami has even shared his bank account statement to show the transaction.
According to the evidence shared by Shami, cheque no. 03718 (for Rs 1 lakh) was credited to Hasin’s account as recently as March 20.
Mohammed Shami was summoned by Kolkata’s Alipore Court and will now have to be present there on September 20th.
