Naagin’s lead female star Mouni Roy has acquired immense fame as Shivanya, the character which made her one of the most popular and loved TV celebs ever.
However, all her fans are dejected since the show is going off air. In fact, even the star cast doesn’t feel it easy to bid “Naagin” good bye.
Few days ago, shoots for the show finished and as per reports, it was a moving moment for the whole team as they had to bid adieu which no one desired for.
Mouni Roy aka Shivanya is very much pleased on account of the success the show received and just to show her gratitude for Ekta Kapoor, Naagin’s producer, she did something which even Ekta would never have imagined.

Yesterday was the last day i role played Shivanya, one of the many characters she sketched in her life ,changed a lot of people s lives for better and no number of thank yous would ever be enough. Fierce , strong, self made, kind , happy, vulnerable, always standing by her people, a different individual is how i have read her in all these years. Netriyi , comes to my mind when i think of her, creating a fantastical world of her own! Ekta maam ( like I always address you ) in the first job you gave me till yesterday thank you for letting me have the quiet satisfaction of knowing that you believe in me!
