The legendary Sachin Tendulkar is considered as the God of cricket by the Indian cricket fans as he has played many match-winning innings and created so many records out of which most of them seem impossible for any other cricketer to break.

On the other hand, MS Dhoni is certainly one of the best skippers that we have had as he is the only skipper to win the three ICC trophies – 2007 T20 World Cup, 2011 World Cup and 2013 Champions trophy. The best thing about Dhoni was that he never lost his cool even in pressure situations and had the capability and courage to take bold decisions which not many skippers can do.

These two former Indian cricketers are again making headlines, not just on social media networks but also in print and electronic media. Quite interestingly this time, they are in news not for cricket but for the fact that their names are being used by a mischievous person for applying for a job of a teacher.

Many young aspiring teachers of Chhattisgarh state are already annoyed and agitated with the slow process of recruitment of 14850 posts of teacher and now a case has come in light in which an applicant’s name is Mahendra Singh Dhoni while the name of his father is Sachin Tendulkar.

This MSD who applied for the post of teacher in Raipur was among 15 candidates who were shortlisted for the interview on July 2 by the authorities but when he didn’t appear for the interview, the officials got suspicious and decided to make a call on the phone number given on the application. Obviously the number didn’t get connected and the officials realised that the application was fake so now they are planning to lodge a police complaint against the fake applicant.

As per the application which is going viral on the Internet, this fake MSD is an engineering graduate from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU), Durg.

Well, that’s quite a bizarre yet funny case and it will be interesting to see how real Dhoni and Sachin Tendulkar react to this matter, if they do.
