There is no denying the fact that MS Dhoni is one of the best and most exemplary Indian skippers till date. How he led the team ever since 2007 is commendable and achievements of Indian cricket team under his leadership are second to none. In fact, there would be rarely any skipper who can be compared with him. It won’t be wrong to say that he has proved his ideal leadership qualities on as well as off the field and has inspired young cricketers to a great extent. Needless to say, his words will inspire the team to no end when they will be on a tour to West Indies without him for upcoming test matches.
A short video of Dhoni’s inspiring speech has been released by BCCI in which the Indian skipper is motivating young cricketers and we must say that he’s truly nailed it!!
The session began with a drum circle which was the idea of the new coach Anil Kumble as an attempt to make the bond among players stronger.

Afterward, MS Dhoni talked to the young Indian cricket team,
“We started this 45 minutes back and most of us I believe played any of these instruments for the first time. If we can have fun with this, we can have fun in cricket.”
As per Dhoni, this series will teach them an important lesson regardless of victory or defeat.
“Stay together, all of you won’t have a very good series. Some of you will fail. But, with 17 test matches, all of you will be successful. So, it is important to enjoy the period which is tough. But, till you stick together, till you enjoy, I don’t think there is anything that will stop you.”
And here comes the most significant thing when Dhoni revealed what’s more important than game,
“This is more of a life lesson than a cricket lesson. We are going to play together for the next eight years, whether we like it or not. So, we need to enjoy life together.”
