After few days of placing the order, the doctor received the message from the courier company that her package has been delivered but as she didn’t receive it, she lodge a complaint by calling at the helpline number of the e-commerce website. Soon the customer care executive contacted the doctor and informed her that her order has been put on hold and she just needs to pay Rs. 2 after which she will receive her order. The doctor refused to pay the amount even after many requests were made by the customer care executive. After that, the customer care executive messaged a web link to the doctor and told the doctor to download it. The doctor downloaded the link and she was asked to give her personal and bank details after which she received a message to create a UPI link. The doctor was a little doubtful so she asked the customer care executive about it who convinced her that she will receive her package after she does that.
