When we think of young people, the zeal and energy comes to our mind. But nowadays it is crime all over their mind, with young girls and boys are also getting cases registered for rape. In a shocking incident in Mumbai, a young teenage girl of 15 was raped by her classmate and 3 other friends, and adding to the horror is that whole obscene crime was recorded in a phone, which was later circulated through Whats App.
The incident was recorded and on that basis the girl was threatened and blackmailed so that she does not disclose it to anyone. One of the three guys already circulated the video and made it viral over Whats App. The incident came into limelight when the victim’s aunt received the video and the girl narrated the whole scenario. Her aunt immediately filed a FIR at Malad police station.
The classmate of the girl, called her to come over and help him in studies, and it seems that the whole incident was well-planned in advance, since other 3 boys were also present in his house when the parents were not present. The crime took place on 8th November.
However, the police has arrested all the accused of the crime and they have been booked under Section 376 (G) (gang rape) of the IPC and also under certain sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
