The suicide of Pratyusha Banerjee is taking an ugly turn and every passing day, something new is coming up. Rahul Raj Singh, boyfriend of late Pratyusha Banerjee has accused Kamya Punjabi, her friend of borrowing Rs.2.5 lakhs from Pratyusha, which she didn’t return.
However, when Kamya was asked about the allegations, she refused. She talked about BCL Playoff season coming on TV. She said she was the owner of Jaipur Raj Joshilay Team and Pratyusha being her friend was the brand ambassador. Pratyusha wanted the NGO of her dad to be promoted through the team and so, Rs.2.5 lakhs were given by her as a sponsorship amount.
Kamya further adds that they made standees and did several media interviews.
Kamya stands firm on her decision!
Kamya says that borrowing 2.5 lakh was different and sponsoring the team is different. Kamya says she has proofs to show that the money was taken for sponsorship. She adds “Aaj tak aisi naubat nahin aayi hai ki udhaar maangna pade.” She further says that this incident happened 3 years back when Rahul hadn’t even entered Pratyusha’s life. Kamya says Jaipur Raj Joshilay is her team and she has bank accounts of the same. The standees that were made were returned to the NGO.
