The city of Chennai has been experiencing the worst flood of the century and help is pouring in from all the sides but donating money is a different thing and participating in the rescue operations is a different thing all together.
Actor Siddharth has emerged as a real life hero and there is a lesson to be learnt for the other actors, especially from bollywood that promotion of your movies is not the only time you should come in public but you should also lend a helping hand when your fans need your support.
Siddharth’s house was also full of water in this flood as he said “I freaked out that I had lost my house for the first time… three studios, three cars… And then I felt bad for the middle class who lost so much in just one day,” but he didn’t went to any other city or country instead he came out of his house and did everything that he was able to do for the flood effected people.
Rang De Basanti fame actor with a popular RJ Balaji, did a marvelous job in helping the flood affected people and inspired other actors and celebrities from Tamil Nadu to become part of rescue operations.
