While we have news of the latest and trending mobile phones blasting due to certain defects, the indestructible Nokia phones continue to make wonders. Today’s hero is this Nokia 301 handset that saved a man’s life.
It was a tweet from the General Manager at Microsoft, Peter Skillman, that went viral for the best possible reasons. This is about a man from Afghanistan who was apparently saved by a Nokia phone. You’ll be surprised to read his tweet that explained this breathtaking incident, have a look;

Incredible indeed! Among all the astonishing incidents, that made Nokia the unbreakable masterpiece this is indeed an amazing one. Certainly, as reported by Tech Times back in the year 2014, there was an incident wherein a Nokia Lumia 520 saved a Brazilian policemen’s life from the bullets that were fired at him by armed robbers.
Similarly, according to a report in the year 2012, a Syrian man was saved from a bullet that was fired at him while shooting the footage of the civil war on his phone. However, the bullet got stuck on the phone and he was saved by his Nokia X2 handset.
No doubt these handsets were damaged and not in a usable condition post the accidents, but they surely proved to be nothing less than a life-saving equipment.
