The official trailer of Noor is out and it shows you a different side of Sonakshi altogether. Yes, Sonakshi essays the character of a journalist in this film and it highlights some sad and happy misadventures of her life. She’s a crazy journalist who is fed up of those tight deadlines and boring life; she hates her life and wants to make it adventurous and happy.
Sonakshi Sinha launched the trailer this afternoon and the movie is based on the novel “Karachi, You’re Killing Me”, by Saba Imtiaz, a Pakistani journalist.
In this, Sonakshi is portrayed as the “Joker journalist”, who is quite excited about covering train accidents or celebrating birthdays with friends; sadly, she is forced to take interviews and complete her tasks. Goof-ups are very common with her and after a point of time, there’s a tragedy in her life.
Since the movie revolves around Karachi, the makers have incorporated some thrilling scenes too, which highlight the horrific daily killings there. It is interesting to see Sonakshi in such a unique role.
This Sanhil Sippy directorial also stars Purab Kohli, Shibani Dandekar and Kanan Gill in vital roles; this film is slated to hit the screens on 21st of April. I am sure all women will relate to this awesome video.
