A New and stricter bill is now produced by the Government to efficiently cut the number by 50 percent. Finally Modi has done something to deal with this. Day before yesterday, he announced the note ban, which shook the entire nation. Just as everyone was settling with it, he gave another blow in the form of these new traffic violation rules.
