Next, you have to visit nearest Reliance Digital Store in your area along with KYC Documents, xerox of Aadhar Card and passport size photo
Step 4
Show the code to the customer service provider and he will give a form which you need to fill it up with accurate details
Step 5
After submitting the form and all documents, you will receive your new JIO Sim card
