Karan Johar is a very busy person; he produces/directs movies, judges reality shows, hosts award shows and his talk show “Koffee With Karan” is also one of the most watched shows on television.
Sometimes, we get to see few shocking incidents on KWK; for example, just recently, Kangana Ranaut appeared on the show with Saif Ali Khan and called Karan a flag-bearer of nepotism.
As of now, the episode in which comedian Kapil Sharma was the guest has been dropped. We all know that Karan also asks questions which can make his guests uncomfortable but most of the time, guests take it in a sporting manner; however, he asked Kapil something with which the comedy king was utterly uncomfortable.
Here’s what a source revealed:
“Karan asked him how come he took to Twitter so early in the morning? Didn’t he have a girlfriend with whom he could spend the time instead? Kapil was embarrassed and didn’t know what to say. He told Karan he is not comfortable answering such questions. He also commented that he himself never asks such things to his guests when they come on his show. Also, since Kapil is not very fluent in English, he would have been fearing how it would be interpreted.”
The question was in reference to the tweet that Kapil sent to BMC, early in the morning, in which he alleged that he had been asked for bribe by an officer.
It is also said that KJo is not happy with Kapil nowadays due to his misbehavior with him at an award function. They both were hosting the award function but then Kapil called Shah Rukh for co-hosting and asked Karan to leave in a little disrespecting manner. Not only this, he also made fun of him.
Whatever may be the reason of the show getting dropped, we will miss watching Kapil getting grilled by Karan, won’t we?
