OMG! So This Is The Step That AIGNF Has Taken Against ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’!

The All India Government Nurses’ Federation in Delhi has lodged a complaint against ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, as it believes the show depicts the profession of nursing in a very bad light.

Yes, the body of nurses registered a complaint with North Avenue Police Station for derogatory representation of nurses in Kapil’s show. They referred to episodes that were aired on the 7th and 8th of May and also 15th of May, which had a scene of Akshay Kumar (Guest on the show) throwing water on the nurse’s (Kiku Sharda) face.

AIGNF (All India Government Nurses Federation) has also sent written complaints to PM Modi, Arun Jaitley, Navjot Singh Sidhu and Sony Channel with regards to this matter.

GK Khurana, the Secretary General of AIGNF stated that the sentiments of nurses have been hurt by these acts. He added that “the nurses’ uniform was also insulted by dancing along with the cheerleaders.”

In this complaint, the Federation has put forth the demand of removing all versions of these episodes from all platforms, including internet. Moreover, a public apology has been demanded from Kapil Sharma, Akshay Kumar and 2 others associated to the channel.
