You won’t believe what the actresses are charging for just few minutes! Well, as per reports, Priyanka and deepika charged Rs 1.5 crores for a 4 minute performance at IIFA awards. Yes, this award ceremony which would be hosted in Madrid this year is actually paying such a whopping amount to these actresses.
Reports also say that Priyanka and Deepika demanded Rs 33 lakh per minute while on stage. Earlier, the organizers didn’t agree to their demands but later on, they had to give up to these leading actresses. Basically, the organizers wanted someone who is popular in Spain and what is better than getting these 2 actresses on stage?
Reports add
“The organisers were in talks with many celebrities to perform on stage. They even conducted a research to find out which Bollywood celebrities are popular in Madrid and results showed Deepika and Priyanka top the actresses’ list and therefore, were ready to shell out a hefty amount to have them in their performance line-up. Normally, Bollywood girls are paid Rs 70-80 lakh for a stage act depending on their popularity and market value.”
Priyanka and Deepika have completed shooting for their Hollywood movies, and obviously after an entry to Hollywood, their brand values seem to be increased.
There is another report saying
“The brand value of the two girls has shot up after they forayed into H’wood and if they are asking for that much money for a performance, it is absolutely justified. The organisers have agreed to their demand too.”
