India has been a male dominated country since ages and proportion of females is still less in comparison to that of males because of which it becomes difficult to find a bride in some parts of the nation. Despite such a terrible situation and growing women empowerment all around the globe, it’s a pity that some people still see females as an inferior gender.
On Mother’s Day, we present a very unconventional spine-chilling and soul-stirring story that will leave you bewildered and might just change how you see love, gender and the choices women make in silence.
The story unfolds in a hamlet situated in Haryana where the proportion of females is among the lowest. There lives an old woman with her five grandsons and her only wish is to see all of them getting married. One day, an unexpected visitor comes with the proposal of a bride but the problem was that there was a single girl and five men who were d*ing to get hitched and then the fight for the suitable groom begins. What started as celebration for the family slowly spirals into suspicion, betrayal and irreversible loss.
The end will leave you speechless!

This was indeed dreadful but hidden within this tragedy lies a question that was never asked aloud — “माँ, मैं अगर होती… क्या मैं तुम्हें बदल पाती?” (Mother, if I had been there, could I have changed you?)
