A 51 years old man in Feasterville town has been arrested by the police on the charges of raping a teenager with whom he has two children. The name of the man is Lee Kaplan and the authorities in Pennsylvania have booked him under statutory s*xual assault and corruption of a minor, as reported by The Philadelphia Inquirer. The teenage girl was given to Kaplan by her parents four years ago as a gift in exchange of the financial help that he gave them.
Presently, the teenage girl is 18 years old and she has two daughters from Kaplan, one is three years old and the other is six months old. Girl’s parents Daniel and Savilla Stoltzfus as well as her nine sisters also lived in Lee Kaplan’s house. The parents have been arrested by the police while the Child welfare authorities have taken the girl, her kids and her nine sisters.
Girl’s parents have told the police that Kaplan helped them in retaining their farm by providing them money otherwise they may have lost their farm.
The Stoltzfuses used to live in Amish town in Lancaster, Pennsylvania until they were thrown out by the community for the reasons that are still unknown.
The neighbors have told the police that the girls rarely come out of house and it seems as if none of the kids has ever gone to school or a doctor. However, as per the authorities, there are no signs of molestation or bad health.
The authorities took action after they got a call from an anonymous person. However, the local media identified that anonymous person as Jen Betz. She is a neighbor of Lee Kaplan and she told the TV station WPVI that she has seen many girls living in the house and all of them appear to be frightened and always wear blue dresses.
Jen said, “I just wasn’t gonna let go. I saw a couple girls last week standing in the driveway. They just looked unhappy and sad and again in the blue dresses, and I’ve been telling my husband for years something isn’t right, something isn’t right.”
A report was made against the house by the neighbors three years ago also, reported local TV station CBS3.
Another neighbor said, “I really can’t believe it, because I really thought it was his own daughter.”
